We recommend measuring a sports garment you already like and comparing its measurements with our size chart.

Are FAMS clothes suitable for both training and everyday wear?
Yes. We design FAMS clothing to be both functional for workouts and stylish for everyday life — from the gym to casual wear.

What materials are FAMS clothes made from?
We use high-quality, breathable and flexible fabrics (such as polyester–elastane blends and cotton) to ensure comfort, freedom of movement and durability.

How should I care for FAMS clothing?
We recommend washing garments inside out at up to 30 °C, avoiding bleach and not using a tumble dryer. This helps the clothing maintain its shape and color for longer.

How long does shipping take?
Lithuania: about 1–3 business days from dispatch.
European Union countries and the United Kingdom: about 3–7 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Can I return an item or exchange the size?
Yes. Unworn and undamaged items can be returned or exchanged for a different size within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached.
